Business and Marketing Strategy
PETER SEALEY, PH.D.

Peter is the founder, CEO and majority shareholder of The Sausalito Group, Inc. and specializes in business and marketing strategy. His background includes over 20 years at The Coca-Cola Company where he held a variety of key positions including the role of Chief Marketing Officer in the early 90's (responsible for the now-famous "Always Coca-Cola " advertising campaign) and President of Marketing and Distribution at Columbia Pictures in the late 80's (where his releases include GhostBusters, La Bamba, Karate Kid, Stand By Me & Tootsie.) In addition to his role with SAG, he is a member of the boards of directors and boards of advisors of a number of technology companies. He also served as Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the Haas School of Business at the University of California – Berkeley, where he was also Co-Director of the Center for Marketing and Technology (1996 - 2006). In 2004, Peter joined the faculty of the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University as a Visiting Professor where he conducted MKTG 392: Marketing and Brand Strategy to MBA students. In the summer of 2007, he assumed the position of Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the Peter F. Drucker Graduate Management School at the Claremont Graduate University where he will teaches an MBA couse on entertainment marketing.

Business Strategy and Business Development
ELIZABETH RUE, J.D.

Elizabeth is a principal in The Sausalito Group, Inc. and specializes in business strategy and business development issues facing high growth enterprises. Her previous experience includes 20 years as in-house counsel at The Coca-Cola Company, including Senior Counsel to the Chief Marketing Officer; the role of Senior Vice President, Business Development at Sony New Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Sony Corporation of America, where she helped launch Sony's first Internet site; the role of Senior Vice President, Business Development at Visa USA; and executive consultant at a number of Silicon Valley based technology companies. She holds a B.A. from University of Michigan where she graduated with high honors, and a J.D. with Distinction from Emory Law School where she was articles editor of the Emory Law Journal.

ELIZABETH (LIBBY) JOHNSON, J.D.
Libby specializes in business development and legal services management. Her previous experience includes 16 years at The Coca-Cola Company where she held increasingly responsible positions, including Senior Marketing and Business Affairs Counsel. In that position, she directed a sophisticated marketing and advertising legal practice for global marketing, including structuring and negotiating a portfolio of some 3,000 domestic and international marketing relationships with sports leagues and teams and entertainment venues (Disney and others). In addition, Libby advised Coca-Cola's senior management in structuring and negotiating its worldwide strategic relationships with the International Olympic Committee and The Walt Disney Company.
Libby also has represented a select group of companies in Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, Japan and Israel. She holds a B.S. in Journalism. She earned a J.D. with Distinction from Emory Law School where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. She then was a law clerk to the Honorable Paul H. Roney, United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
